But now they’ve come out with something for girls: Lego Friends. These feature a new style of Lego minifigure, and are made using pastel colors with a wide range of accessories. Olivia’s House is one of the most popular models of this new range, but how does it compare to other Lego ranges?

Is Lego Friends Olivia’s House A Good Value Toy?

The Lego Friends series of toys were designed with girls in mind. Instead of being built all in one go, they are arranged into sections so that girls can play as they build. This makes it easier to play with, especially for younger girls, and gives some flexibility depending on what your child prefers. As the home is built up, you also have more control over what goes where, and the layout of the house is easy to change into something new every time, helping to inspire creativity.

Although many girls may enjoy the standard Lego sets, they are often more targeted towards boys, making the Lego Friends range a welcome addition for parents of young girls. Unfortunately the new models included with the Lego Friends sets don’t snap into place when sitting on the chairs, and the hair can sometimes fall off.
